The booking system will not allow a Guest to book with less than 4 days notice.

 

​Every guest receives an email prior to arrival with essential information about their stay from Quays Lodge. This will include directions and the location of the key. The booking system will generate emails relating to the booking.​

​

Access is through an automatic gate, where there is ample car parking space on a gravel drive adjacent to Quays Lodge. The owners will meet you on arrival to give you a brief run down on the Lodge and what it has to offer.

​

There is a 'house bible' in the barn with everything a guest would need to know, including instructions in case of fire etc.. Further information in the 'bible' includes places to eat, places to visit and things to do.

​

The tariff for Quays Lodge is from £1400 a week, Friday to Friday.

 

Subject to availability we can also accommodate 3 or 4 night breaks commencing on a Friday or Monday respectively.

To secure advance reservations a deposit of 50% is required.

​

Payments can be made on this website. Our marketing agents are 'Coolstays' and 'Premiere Cottages', our property will feature on their websites.

Our cancellation policy:

The full amount becomes payable for any cancellation made less than 1 month from date of arrival.

 

Deposits will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation less than 2 months from the date of arrival unless we are able to re-let the accommodation in which event a refund will be made.

Arrivals and departures: ​

Check in will be after 16.00 hours, an estimated time of arrival would be appreciated.

​

Check out will be before 10.00 hours.
